高鐵車站控制員需協助管制候車人潮等工作，卻被爆上班時睡覺，有民眾拍到控制員及設施監控員上班昏睡畫面，批說「萬一出事怎麼辦」。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，高鐵被爆出控制員及設施監控員上班睡覺，還有女性乘客在高鐵女廁摔傷無法起身，找不到求救鈴，痛批高鐵資本額數百億元、廁所內竟無求救設施。高鐵指，已懲處失職員工，也將評估廁所加設求救鈴可行性。（胡治言／綜合報導）
