由蔡康永、小Ｓ所主持的《康熙來了》已走過十個年頭，日前舉辦《康熙調查局》單元，便邀請12位男女藝人，分別是沈玉琳、白雲、黃鐙輝、阿本、郭鑫、KID、王彩樺、李妍瑾、王思佳、何妤玟、米可白、瑤瑤，選出誰十年後還能留在演藝圈內？最後結果由沈玉琳和KID獲得勝利，主持人蔡康永恭喜之餘，也笑說：還好那時候康熙應該不在了。

節目開始要先選出十年之內落差最大的人，米可白因為從葡萄姐姐轉到人妻跑道，給人即將生子當媽的印象，被大家公認是落差最大的藝人。而瑤瑤心直口快說出帶小孩就容易有老的感覺，讓小Ｓ氣得揚言要封殺瑤瑤，瑤瑤嚇得改口稱讚小Ｓ在她心中是美麗與智慧的化身。而出道至今外貌沒有太多變化的阿本，說自封為小潘迎紫，小Ｓ不禁嘆說：他不會老化但會過時，讓蔡康永大笑不已，稱讚小Ｓ的形容貼切！

何妤玟在節目上感嘆現在帶小孩的生活很寂寞，小Ｓ安慰她說家裡只有小孩陪伴是開心的事情，陳漢典在旁插嘴又沒有公婆，逼得小Ｓ立刻轉向鏡頭澄清可以跟公婆住是她最大的榮耀！
