標題[請益] ASUS套裝電腦送修問題

如題 小弟6/24在全國電子買了一台華碩套裝桌機 型號是CM1745-550S78E 結果電腦第一次開機後沒多久就卡在WIN8登入畫面 重開多次也一直卡住 還原也有問題 6/29 下午全國電子的工程師來看也看不出問題在哪 6/29 當晚我就把電腦拿去全國送修 7/4 收到簡訊說電腦送到華碩了 7/9 接到077871968號碼的電話 說是華碩維修中心 說明工程師重灌WIN8一樣有問題 交叉測試 才發現是CPU有問題 換了CPU以後就正常 現在問題來了！ 1.我問維修中心的小姐 有可能換新機嗎？她說這要問全國電子！ 還說機會不大 因為我有拆封了！... 如果是CPU有問題 沒拆封使用怎麼可能會知道出問題阿！ 想問各位前輩 以我這種情況 換新機的機會高嗎？ 2.華碩維修中心為什麼電話是07 7871968 我是在蘆洲全國送修 電腦怎麼送到高雄去了＠＠！！！ 3.各位前輩有什麼建議嗎？ 我現在打算等機子回全國後 看能不能換成ACER的 華碩的品質還真是以卵擊石... 搞不好同一台回來沒多久又要修了... 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.73.233.51 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/PC_Shopping/M.1404932846.A.2F0.html
