最近看房 有趣的地方

最近每天至少有10幾通電話 拜託我去看房
房仲都說 都沒人看房了 還要拜託朋友假裝看房
因為公司會給壓力 至少要有人看房 成交是其次
去看房時 每各屋主 都非常客氣 還自砍兩成
我說 我只願意 用實價登錄上 最便宜的一半價格買
因為開始跌了 大部分屋主 聽完後 表情都好失落喔
當然 大部分都是 當下就沒有繼續談下去…
接著~幾乎全部 都會在隔天後 仲介就會打來說
大哥~大哥~ 屋主願意砍三成賣 請我給各機會..
看來..不自砍各四成五成 沒機會成交了
