Iphone5s同步問題

不好意思，我最近買了5s，我剛買時沒聯接電腦，電腦上的itunes之前只聯結過我的iPod touch,前天我將新買的5s連接電腦進行同步，連接itunes進行同步後發現聯絡人資料不見了，照片變成之前iPod touch的照片,想請問高手們這是什麼問題，下次5s同步是否還會發生這種狀況，那該如何避免？
