想把中華電信4G換回3G

6月17日好不容易3G換到4G, 但問題不段發生
1. 第一天語音被關掉, 要跑到中華電信才解決
2. 第二天自動WIFI連線被關掉, 打電話問客服沒結果, 到中華電信門市又沒結果!
再連絡客服才說4G就是沒有自動連線, 並說不知道會不會或要不要開放自動連線給4G!
3. 本身是用IPHONE5S的, 現在暫時用其他手機, 但是到現在還不知道IPHONE5S何時可以用4G?
有再問過客服, 得到的答案是不知道!!! 不是6月底是不知道!!!
4. 說真的, 4G的覆蓋範圍實在有點小.

之前提早申辦是因為怕錯過優惠期, 但現在換了4G好像壞處比好處多,
請問有人知道如果現在換回3G, 是否以後就沒有優惠呢?
有問過中華電信, 但他們每一個人說的都不一樣,
實在不敢相信, 所以要請教各位大大.
