（中央社喀布爾14日綜合外電報導）阿富汗人民今天無畏塔利班組織威脅，踴躍參與總統選舉第2輪決選投票，投票期間的暴力攻擊造成46名民眾和軍警喪生，但也有約60名好戰分子於交戰中被擊斃。

阿富汗官員表示，估計合格選民約1350萬人，超過700萬選民前往投票，投票率高達52%，超乎預期。

預定下個月揭曉的決選結果，將決定由前外交部長阿布杜拉（Abdullah Abdullah）或曾為世界銀行經濟學家的甘尼（Ashraf Ghani），來領導阿富汗邁向國際軍事和民間援助不斷減少的新時代。

兩人於競選期間均誓言，當選後決致力肅清猖獗貪腐、建設亟需的基礎設施以及保障人民免受暴力威脅。

全國各地城市於投票日當天未出現重大攻擊事件，但至少發生150起維安事故，包括1枚塔利班火箭擊中投票所附近1間民宅，造成1家5口喪命。

內政部長陶塞（Omar Daudzai）告訴記者，「11名警察、15名阿富汗國防軍以及20名平民喪生」，但在交戰中約60名好戰分子被擊斃。

阿富汗官員表示，今天的投票日證明，在全部外國戰鬥部隊於今年撤離阿富汗後，由美軍為首聯軍負責訓練的阿富汗安全部隊，將有能力保衛國家。(中央社)
