老婆開車時不小心刮了隔壁鄰居的老march車保桿一塊。 http://ppt.cc/y02b 對方的車 http://ppt.cc/FlQy 我方的車 先說說隔壁鄰居的車,基本上,上方的凹洞是本來就有的,其他小狀況也不少。 本來請管理員聯絡看看是哪位鄰居,後來過兩天管理員沒聯絡上， 我們就自己放張小紙條給對方。 對方才知道有被刮到,這幾天他都有開沒發現呢。 後來就討論到賠償問題。 我們本來希望能不能賠兩千就好。但對方希望上下兩塊一起板烤。 但但...上面那塊我們肯定沒擦到就是。那大凹洞平時就常看到了。 對方說她也不懂,不過他問朋友,朋友建議他就是了(這朋友也太...) 所以這種情況,是不是乾脆出險(我們有保財損險),好嗎? 交給保險公司處理。 還是大家有沒什麼建議,本來沒出險是覺得不太需要用到保險啦 請問大家會如何處理呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 112.78.75.94 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1402673192.A.E4C.html ※ 編輯: outra (112.78.75.94), 06/13/2014 23:27:53
