台中市水湳大宅門特區將規劃國際醫療專區，多位市議員建議市府廣泛與醫界討論，市長胡志強今天說，盼各界不要政治化。

台中市政府規劃的大宅門特區，中央預定在此區設置國際醫療專區，市議員黃國書、王岳彬與謝志忠等人今天在市議會市政總質詢時建議市府廣泛與醫界、健康產業界討論，避免遭受「黑箱作業」批評。

胡志強在答詢中指出，國際醫療專區是由私人單位提出，據悉是由中國醫藥大學向中央申請，而中央認為可行性高，且可能設置於中國醫大在大宅門特區的校地，這處校地要蓋醫院或校地都可以。至於如果校地因設置國際醫療專區，而需要更改都市計劃使用分區，就依法規程序走。

胡志強表示，推動國際醫療專區是一件很專業的事，然而現在社會關於服貿、自由經濟示範區或核四的討論，常常泛政治化導致難以推動，不能因為反對自由經濟示範區，就要求將推動的每個步驟都拿來討論，事實上國際醫療專區案沒有所謂的黑箱作業問題。

他更強調，台灣要進步、台中市也要進步，此案沒有涉及私人利益，都是為了台灣與台中市的發展，希望討論此案時不要泛政治化。(中央社)
