宏亞食品1.3元股息敲定7月16日除息交易

上市食品廠宏亞食品(1236)今天召開股東會，承認2013年財報稅後盈餘1.36億元，每股稅後盈餘為1.26元；同時，股東會並敲定對去年股利配發1.3元的現金股息；而隨後宏亞食品召開的董事會並敲定這1.3元現金股息訂7月16日除息交易。

同時，宏亞食品預定8月13日發放股息。

宏亞食品2013年全年財報營收為26.85億元，稅前盈餘為1.56億元，稅後盈餘為1.36億元，每股稅後盈餘為1.26元。

而宏亞食品今年首季營收6.62億元，稅後盈餘2324萬元，每股稅後盈餘為0.21元。

宏亞食品在2013年的26.85億元營收中，其設立於桃園八德的觀光工廠「巧克力共和國」貢獻9000餘萬元，公司方面則持續加強其本身的策展能力及體驗的規劃，今年預計將在此一區塊的營收成長突破1億元大關。
