本報訊

台北地方法院今天說，涉桃園合宜住宅案被告遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄、副總魏春雄與前桃園縣副縣長葉世文間，另有其他行受賄犯行。

台北地檢署偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，5月30日聲押趙藤雄、魏春雄等人，台北地院31日分別裁定趙藤雄新台幣500萬元、魏春雄100萬元交保，並限制住居、出境、出海。

檢方立即提起抗告後，高院1日撤銷原裁定，發回台北地院，北院於1日晚間8時30分重開羈押庭，庭訊約近4小時結束，今凌晨裁定趙藤雄、魏春雄羈押禁見。

台北地院指出，依共同被告於偵查中的供述，趙藤雄、魏春雄2人與葉世文間，另有行受賄的犯行，檢察官也提出理由書，表示有相關共犯、金流等，有進一步偵查的必要。

北院說，審酌偵查是浮動的狀態，趙藤雄、魏春雄2人所涉犯案件仍在偵查階段，在共犯關係中所居的角色、所涉相關犯罪情節、全案共犯的分工關係均尚有未明，有勾串、滅證等可能。(中央社)
