金管會主委曾銘宗表示，大戶因為資金調度的原因，尚未完全歸隊，會請證券商公會去聽大戶、中實戶的心聲，為何不回來買台股。

金融監督管理委員會今天在立法院財政委員會進行「兩岸金融業務往來協商應落實實質對等原則，並加強談判策略運用」專案報告。

曾銘宗表示，季交易超過5億元的大戶約有600戶，高峰有1200戶；1億元到5億元則有6000戶，高峰時是1萬多戶，差不多一半。

國民黨立委盧秀燕質詢問，超過 5億元的大戶只有600戶，估算一下，金額只有3000億元，金管會應該去了解為什麼大戶沒有歸隊，請他們喝咖啡，了解大戶的心聲，為何不買台股？

曾銘宗分析，大戶尚未完全歸隊可能是在不動產的資金，因為調度的原因所以尚未回籠，以及有些投資國外也尚未回來。

了解大戶的心聲，曾銘宗認為，券商公會比較適合做此事，會請券商公會去了解。(中央社)
