針對部分股東質疑，每股賺20幾元，但每股僅配息5元太少。TPK宸鴻光電科技董事長江朝瑞表示，配息確實較去年少，主因支應資本支出，須保留現金在公司。

宸鴻今天召開股東常會，通過配發現金股利每股5元，並通過現金增資參與發行海外存託憑證。

江朝瑞說，宸鴻上市前配息每股0.5元，遭指「凍酸」，資金充裕之際，每股曾配發約20元；今年配息5元，確實不高。

有小股東質疑宸鴻股價來到150元、160元跌不下去，似有內線交易？江朝瑞強調，經營團隊重視信譽，可以接受外界調查，一定禁得起考驗；股價都由市場決定，若有特殊狀況公司只有買進，沒有賣出。

他說，宸鴻在2010年掛牌上市，面臨三大困境，包括內嵌式觸控面板（In cell）加入競爭、自家單片式觸控面板（OGS）投入觸控筆電市場不如預期，以及供過於求。

宸鴻原本以玻璃觸控產品為主，但江朝瑞認為，市場需要各種材質觸控產品，因此已擴及奈米銀觸控，未來也會投入薄膜觸控產品。

他表示，iWatch是否採用宸鴻觸控面板，不能說，因為不能發表任何客戶的動態；但可透露，像智慧手錶這類穿戴式裝置，上半年有2個客戶量產，下半年有6個客戶將量產。(中央社)
