高雄市鳳山建軍段大片農地出租貨櫃場，市議員徐榮延批評台糖公司違法，干擾環境和安寧，市長陳菊允促台糖遷移並要續罰。

徐榮延今天在市政總質詢為鳳山鳳甲大亨數百居民發聲，他批評台糖公司違法出租農地做貨櫃堆置場，讓貨櫃業者堆置空櫃，數百個大貨櫃就像積木被堆置如山，6年多來居民飽受干擾，還發生貨櫃被大風吹到樓頂的意外，居民心驚膽跳。

徐榮延轉述大樓管委會和居民的痛，不得安寧，還常被驚醒，生活品質不佳，住戶苦不堪言。

徐榮延指農地只能做農舍或相關產銷，不能有其他使用。市府都發局長盧維屏說，市府前後依法開罰台糖3次，也要求台糖要另覓適當的地點搬遷，還給居民環境品質。他要求台糖要依規定退縮30米法定空間，允在台糖未搬遷之前，要連續裁罰。

陳菊說，市府了解居民的苦，促台糖要遷移貨櫃堆置場，短期內要求依法退縮法定空間並做植栽綠化，她說會請高雄市籍立委向台糖施壓，促台糖加速搬遷時程並遵守協議。(中央社)
