玉山盃青棒賽經過25日的激戰之後，四強出線，分別是台中市、宜蘭縣、桃園縣以及高雄市，休息5天之後，四強將在新莊棒球場交手，爭奪今年玉山盃的冠軍。

25日的比賽，A組勝部冠軍之戰，宜蘭縣以3比1擊敗雲林縣，率先奪得四強門票，桃園縣則先以8比2擊敗台東縣，接著又延長10局以2比1擊敗雲林縣，以敗部冠軍的資格挺進四強。

B組的勝部冠軍戰高雄市7比6擊敗新北市，獲得四強門票，台中市則先以2比1淘汰屏東縣，接著再以6比2打敗新北新，一日兩勝，也是以敗部冠軍進四強。

5月31日在新莊棒球場進行的四強賽，台中市迎戰宜蘭縣，桃園縣對高雄市，獲勝的球隊6月1日爭冠。此項比賽將選出中華隊，參加8月在泰國舉行的18U亞洲青棒賽。
