15萬英國人聯名 籲美續搜尋船員

超過15萬英國人聯名簽署一份請願書，請求美國海岸衛隊，恢復搜尋4名在大西洋失蹤的英國快艇選手。
英國衛生大臣韓特(Jeremy Hunt)也呼籲美國海岸衛隊，繼續搜尋「契琪拉菲奇號(Cheeki Rafiki)」上的4名船員，他們從16日失蹤至今。
契琪拉菲奇號是長12公尺的遊艇，15日才首度在美國東岸下水，當地在麻薩諸塞州鱈角東方大約1千公里。
這4名船員剛參加過在加勒比海舉行的安提瓜航海周(Antigua Sailing Week)；但是在16日就失去聯絡。
美國海岸防衛隊(US Coast Guard)18日取消搜尋行動。
倫敦唐寧街的英國首相府表示，他們和美國海岸衛隊一直保持經常性的聯絡。
