小弟我相當個考生 但是不想沒收入 所以看了PTT國考版文章 決定當保全的工作 印象中 保全比較有辦法看書的 不外乎是大樓 學校 工地 停車場 小弟想請教一下幾個問題 1:http://ppt.cc/Y0h0 賊從大門進！　社區保全失職判賠30萬 可是 我剛剛看了勞基法 好像雇主 除非員工蓄意破壞 否則扣錢是不成的 所以 如果 我當保全 如果因為看書 讓賊跑進去 根據勞基法 也不會讓我賠 像新聞一樣的30萬元 但是 是有可能丟了工作和扣點薪資 這點我可接受 應該是這樣沒錯把 2:誼光保全 新光保全 中鋼保全 東京都保全 中興保全 哪一間公司比較人性化 比方說晚上看書 比較不會被罵或者立刻禁止的.... 3:請問能看書4H以上 通常是啥單位居多 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.40.102.1 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399559896.A.F24.html ※ 編輯: a467455 (114.40.102.1), 05/08/2014 22:49:14
