多地鬆綁限購火速救市 開發商:政府比我們還急

近日，南寧、無錫、杭州蕭山區通過鬆綁限購、下調購房入戶標準等方式救市，而天津濱海區、福州、鄭州官方也已放出消息，擬分類、分地區對購房政策進行調整。
“房價還沒怎麼跌，地方政府比我們還著急。”一位在全國多地有專案的開發商向《華夏時報》記者直言，地方政府依賴土地財政的慣性很難改，只要明白這一點，就知道政府肯定會出手救市。
“既然會救市，幹嗎要降價？扛一陣就過去了。”上述開發商說。杭州一家房企高層也表示，限購鬆綁的預期，在某種程度上打亂了該企業原本想以價換量的節奏。
