新手上路 希望有經驗的大大或是有下訂的能分享一下 我和先生是首次購屋 今天去接待中心宏峰代銷說他們是不議價的 不知道真的假的 因為同樣是佳福建設的十期謙邑之前也有看過 因為從沒聽過買預售是不議價覺得真的有這麼硬嘛？好疑惑喔..希望大家指點一下 或是優缺點都能分享一下 拜託了(*˘︶˘*)
