馬航賠償　估約佔去年收入3成

馬航客機失蹤至今近兩個月，馬航展開對家屬先期賠償付款程序，但不公佈金額。有家屬透露金額可能高達五位數美金，專家估計總額可能達15億美元（約台幣450億元），相當於馬航去年收入的30%。

馬航的家屬援助中心已接觸部份家屬，指賠償主要想解決家屬的經濟需要，不會影響他們日後索償的權利，賠償細節保密亦是家屬共同提出的要求。有家屬承認馬航接觸過她，指對方已準備好達五位數字美金的支票，不過事故原因尚未明確，親人生死未明，拒絕接受賠償。

中國律師專家指，家屬一般在當局宣佈客機失事、或公佈調查結果及責任報告後，才能展開索償程序，如果他們未能在事發兩年內，即2016年3月7日或之前提出訴訟，將喪失索賠權利。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
