深夜，上網加班的朋友，真的很辛苦，長時間看著電腦，好幾個小時沒用餐，真的容易餓到癱瘓。這時候來碗牛肉麵，補足元氣，真的是十分享受。
住台北的朋友非常有口福，深夜裡還是可以吃到牛肉麵。半夜路過，店內總是被吃宵夜的民眾包圍，整個騎樓都是吃麵的人潮。
麵一端上桌，才發現這些店家都有一樣的特點 :Q彈的麵體、大塊的牛肉跟濃郁的湯頭，加上大把的酸菜，再來一盤小菜，這些讓想吃麵的朋友總是在FB上號召三五好友一起去牛肉麵店吃個宵夜！
