領有救生員執照的陳姓男子曾是海軍預官，泳技高超，去年9月10日下午在社區泳池，朝1名女子游去涉抓奶6秒，留下抓痕；高等法院昨依違反性騷擾防治法重判6月徒刑，可易科18萬罰金定讞。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，陳男去年在基隆市一大型社區游泳池第2、3、4水道來回游著，被害女子在第5水道下水游泳，陳男競速逆向游向她，順勢在左手高舉後插入水中之際，5指張開、用力地朝其左胸抓下去，時間長達6秒，被害女小娟痛得大叫，李姓救生員通知管委會報警。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
