癌夫過世5分鐘　陸妻快手盜領5次款

新竹1名罹癌葛姓男子在醫生宣告死亡後，中國籍沈姓妻子5分鐘內，連續提款5次共8萬5000元，隔天再到郵局「加碼」盜領，共計20萬5000元。新竹地方法院依詐欺罪，判沈婦4個月徒刑。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，葛男與前妻育有2子1女，2008年再娶中國沈妻。2011年8月31日葛男因肺癌惡化轉加護病房。隔天院方發出病危通知，沈婦當天到郵局盜領葛的存款6萬元；9月3日晚間8時30分許，醫院宣告葛死亡，沈婦從8時34分狂領錢，5分鐘內在醫院提款機連續提款5次共8.5萬元，隔天再到郵局領6萬，加上先前的6萬，累計盜領20萬5000元。

法官認為，葛男事前交代家人，任何人都不能動用他的財物，沈婦主觀上有詐欺故意。依刑法「以不正方法由自動付款設備取得他人之物罪」判刑4月，得易科罰金。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
