民眾肉身擋車被移送　蔡丁貴與律師前往聲援

公投盟等反核民眾今(25日)以肉身阻擋立委蔡正元的座車，雖「被推著走」畫面驚險，但事後被中正一分局逮捕，蔡正元的司機也一併被逮捕，另有一名女子用自己的休旅車阻擋蔡的座車，也被蔡正元的司機控告，在移送北檢後無保請回，同時蔡丁貴在稍早並動員民眾包圍中正一分局，隨後並帶著律師至北檢關切肉身擋蔡正元座車被移送的民眾。

立法院今（25）日召開院會，公投盟等反核團體在立法院周邊持續抗議，並阻止國民黨立委、政府官員離開立法院，過程中也爆發零星衝突，甚至還出現有抗議民眾被國民黨立委蔡正元的座車一路「推著走」，場面十分驚險。

蔡正元則說，這是民眾跳上他車子的引擎蓋要阻擋車子前進，還有人敲破他車子的擋風玻璃，而他也已經向警方報案處理。
