（中央社華盛頓25日綜合外電報導）美國白宮說，歐巴馬總統及歐洲4大盟邦今天一致認定，俄羅斯並未遵守烏克蘭和平協定的條款，因此將協調因應方式，以使俄國「付出代價」。

在歐巴馬與法國總統歐蘭德、德國總理梅克爾、義大利總理倫齊（Matteo Renzi）和英國首相卡麥隆進行電話會議後，白宮發表聲明說，「總統指出，美國準備實施特定制裁措施，以回應俄國最近的行動」。

聲明中說：「各國領導人商定，密切合作，透過7國集團（G7）和歐洲聯盟來協調額外措施，以使俄羅斯付出代價。這些領導人強調，俄國仍可選擇和平解決危機的方法，包括實施日內瓦協定。」

法國總統府也發表聲明說，歐巴馬和其他4國領導人並表示，烏克蘭總統選舉依計畫在5月25日舉行「勢在必行」。

法方的聲明中說：「他們重申要求，即民主程序必須能進行。」

「為使烏克蘭人民在充分透明的情況下自由決定前途，5月25日總統選舉勢在必行。」

卡麥隆的發言人也表示，俄國既然不遵守協定，就將對俄擴大制裁。(中央社)
