衝撞總統府 張德正只認毀損罪

今年一月二十五號清晨發生卡車衝撞總統府事件。檢方依照殺人未遂、毀損古蹟等五項罪名，將駕駛人張德正起訴並求處重刑。台北地院今天(17日)下午首度開庭審理，張德正在庭上只認毀損，但堅決否認觸犯殺人未遂、妨害公務等犯行。

張德正年初衝撞總統府後，受傷休養一段時間，十七號下午他為了官司出庭。雖然張德正看起來大致痊癒，但行動還是相當緩慢。而張德正在庭上也只認普通毀損罪，辯稱犯案前到總統府前勘查時，並不知道大門有憲兵，衝撞正門絕對沒有殺人、妨害公務的犯意，同時主張沒辦法確認總統府是不是古蹟，建物毀損也不是衝撞造成。

辯護律師尤伯祥說，衝撞總統府雖然驚世駭俗，但絕對沒有檢方起訴的殺人未遂等犯行。

檢方則要求勘驗總統府錄影光碟，證明張德正曾一度改變行進動線，意圖衝撞正門執勤憲兵。
