1夜4次變1周1次　侯昌明認老

44歲侯昌明昨主持超視《請你跟我這樣過》談初老，坦承自己視力變模糊、 偶爾還會「流目油」，白頭髮變多，1個月會冒出10多根，但因為害怕對膀胱不好，所以不敢染髮。而且以前遇到小孩子叫他哥哥，現在都改叫他「阿北」，讓他聽了很刺耳，「我教小孩，就算年紀比我大的，也叫叔叔」。

老婆曾雅蘭日前透露想拼第三胎，兩人做人進度如何了？他答： 「前陣子就想說試試看，有了就生，沒有就算了。」無奈體力不如前，以前1禮拜平均5次，且是1夜4次郎，看到老婆就想要，現在1禮拜只能1次，他嘆說：「真的有差！品質也不行了。」

但他仍對自己的體力有信心，「以這年紀的男人來說，最少1個禮拜都要1次，兩次的話看狀況。」 還透露，不少藝人羨慕曾雅蘭，自豪說：「很多人到這年紀1個月才1次，雅蘭壓力很大，因為我的體力還可以。」並表示，自己靠運動和吃麥片、靈芝維持年輕。（蕭孜玹／台北報導）
