　　本作為以青少年為對象的飾品及雜貨等人氣流行小物網購公司サン宝石的原創可愛人物「ほっぺちゃん」為主題的遊戲續作，繼 2013 年 7 月首作《ほっぺちゃん　つくって！あそんで！ぷにぷにタウン！！》發行之後，這次ほっぺちゃん將以主題樂園為舞台，暢遊各種遊戲設施及展開各種事件，遊戲並收錄了可讓玩家自創專屬ほっぺちゃん的進化功能。
