美國白宮聲明指出，俄羅斯總統蒲亭今天致電美國總統歐巴馬討論烏克蘭危機解決方案，歐巴馬要求俄自克里米亞撤軍，並且不要進一步侵害烏克蘭主權與領土完整。

美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）於本週稍早在荷蘭海牙向俄國外長拉夫羅夫（Sergey Lavrov）提出解決烏克蘭危機方案後，蒲亭於今天致電歐巴馬。

根據白宮發出聲明稿指出，歐巴馬建議蒲亭，針對解決烏克蘭危機方案做出具體書面回應，美俄兩國領袖也都同意，將由凱瑞與拉夫羅夫兩人會面討論解決烏克蘭危機後續措施。

至於凱瑞與拉夫羅夫兩人會面時間，白宮官員並未透露。

白宮官員表示，歐巴馬告訴蒲亭，美國支持藉外交途徑解決烏克蘭危機。

歐巴馬說，只要俄國撤回軍隊，不要繼續侵犯烏克蘭主權與領土完整，以外交途徑解決烏克蘭危機還是有可能的。

烏克蘭克里米亞半島於16日舉行公投脫離烏克蘭後，蒲亭不僅宣布兼併克島，並且持續增兵烏克蘭邊境，歐巴馬本週前往海牙出席核子安全高峰會以及7大工業國集團（G7）會議，除加重對俄羅斯經濟制裁外，也決議把俄羅斯踢出8大工業國集團（G8）。(中央社)
