習近平訪德　莫克促關注言論自由

正在訪歐的中國國家主席習近平，昨日在柏林跟德國總理莫克會晤，雙方就中德關係及國際和地區問題交換意見，達成共識，並決定將兩國關係提升為全方位戰略夥伴關係。

習近平指出，未來幾年是中德各自改革發展的關鍵時期，也是兩國實現共同增長的關鍵時期，指中德不僅是經濟夥伴，更是政治夥伴和戰略合作夥伴。

習近平和莫克亦見證兩國簽定多項合作協議，包括汽車貿易協議，兩國央行亦簽署諒解備忘錄，同意在法蘭克福建立人民幣清算機制，向法蘭克福成為人民幣離岸中心邁進重要一步。

此外，莫克促中國關注言論自由，習近平則強調雖然在南海主權問題上，中國不會挑起事端，但會堅決維護本身利益。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
