獸父猥褻女兒　長達5年判1年

新竹市一名獸父，與智障妻共同撫養2子2女，但獸父見就讀小學的2名女兒亭亭玉立，竟於2008年某晚開始，進入長女房內，猥褻長女胸部及下體，直到少女就讀國中一年級，仍遭父親狼爪侵害，時間長達5年之久。

由於長女長期遭受獸父猥褻侵害，甚至目睹小妹也差點遭父狼爪侵害，因此國一時長女在作文課寫到在家中根本沒有隱私，父親都會進到房間亂來，引發老師側目，經詢問少女才發現遭獸父猥褻，報警處理。獸父在偵訊及審理時均坦承犯行，表達願受法律治裁。

新竹地院認，被告罔顧倫常，自女兒8歲起即伸出狼爪猥褻胸部、下體，影響被害人身心健康、人際關係及人格發展，考量這名獸父坦承犯行，長女及妻子均向法官表達從輕量刑，且被告負擔家計，撫養雙親及子女待，因此依5次對未滿14歲女子猥褻罪各判處6個月，應執行1年徒刑，得易罰金36萬5千元。全案可上訴。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
