為什麼那麼確定服貿過了"一定"會漲呢?

根本就只是房仲與投資客的預期心理，

一切都要回歸市場機制，這十幾年的漲，

其實是因為大陸熱錢早就進來了，服貿就算通過，

也只是房仲又多了一些宣傳手法，可以再多撐一下，

多騙幾個真的有需求忍不住的自住戶進場。

以投資標的來論，台灣房產根本不值得投資，

大陸也已經開始鬆動，好戲正要開鑼，

你以為浙江的建商倒掉就只是一家建商倒掉這樣?

35億呆帳影響到多少家銀行? 這只是骨牌效應第一張被推倒的牌

服貿通過房地產會飆上天，就跟投馬英九股市會上兩萬點一樣，

等到真的通過的那天，就是利多出盡，看是要軟著陸還是硬著陸而已
