想請問版上大大，關於工作合約簽定的部份 若是合約上的聘僱方與所應徵的公司不同(沒聽過的公司) 但是聘僱方公司一樣可以在公司登記下找到資料且資本額不小 這樣的工作合約可以簽嗎？ 另一方面關於特休的部份是否應全數記載至工作合約 駐外人員的特休假期略為不同，但在現有提供的合約完全沒提到。 是不是該聯繫該公司的人資進行確認及修改阿？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.207.18.54
