陽程定6月26日股東常會

陽程科技（3498）2013年運創歷史高峰，今天董事會敲定6月26日召開股東常會。

陽程董事會通過2013年財務報表，營收34.25億元，稅後純益4.92億元，每股稅後純益7.13元，年增率各為58.48%、292.2%、283.33%，同創歷史新高，尚未決定股利。

但陽程2013年第4季迄今明顯衰退，第4季營收7.79億元，稅後純益7,442萬元，各比第3季減少4.68%、48.82%，均創五季新低，每股稅後純益0.95元，今天股價打入跌停板，收盤價121元。

陽程表示，依國際會計準則第36號的規定，轉投資持股96.15%的大陸上海陽程光電在2013年第4季認列資產減損5,247萬元，但因並非現金減損，對營運資金及現金流量並無影響。

陽程2014年2月營收1.35億元，比1月及2013年2月各減少32.15%、60.8%，創18個月新低；前兩月營收3.34億元，較2013年同期衰退50.79%。
