探針卡和LED檢測設備商旺矽午盤攻上漲停98.9元。法人預估，旺矽今年晶圓探針卡出針量，有機會續創歷史新高。

旺矽今開高震盪，午盤攻上漲停98.9元。

從產品線來看，法人表示，4K2K大電視和其他大尺寸電視第1季市場需求不淡，平價智慧型手機需求穩健；預估第2季4K2K大電視及平價智慧型手機市場需求可望持續向上，帶動面板驅動IC拉貨力道，間接推升旺矽上半年驅動IC用晶圓探針卡出貨表現。

法人預估，旺矽今年晶圓探針卡出針量可望維持逐季向上走勢，有機會創歷年新高。

LED檢測設備部分，法人表示，今年LED照明應用市場可望呈現成長態勢，LED晶粒大廠可望投入資本支出添購檢測設備機台，有助旺矽今年LED設備機台出貨表現。

法人預估，在晶圓探針卡和LED檢測設備帶動下，旺矽今年業績可呈現逐季成長走勢。(中央社)
