標題[請益] 是否先離開比較好?

請問各位 假設今天公司要面臨幾乎是收攤的狀態 自身的工作要處理及釐清人事方面的問題 往前追朔後 才發現是從以前就混淆不清的爛攤子 所以被迫做一些"當時"的文件以合法化 很多事情問前朝人也沒用 主管也推責任 要踏進去處理完會是自己弄得一身狼狽的情況 但是選擇處理完可以領資遣費(不多 年資只有一年多) 或是 在開始處理之前就遞辭呈找工作 免於狼狽但是這樣就沒有資遣費 也許會被說不負責任(?) 各位會怎麼選擇呢 事實上我現在就是這樣的情況 在知道可能要結束了所以也開始投履歷 目前也接到幾個面試通知 但因為眼前的情況太棘手所以面試也無法專心準備 想請問大家的看法~好煩惱阿 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.192.154.49
