標題[問題] 勞安薪資一問

最近公司因為發生一些事情 所以規定每個作業單位只要有值班都需要有勞安人員在場 因為我課裡夜班已經有個組長 早班就是我自己來 但是早班跟夜班中間有四個小時是沒有人 如果要請有證照或是有上過勞安主管的人 時間大概是1800-2200或是1900-2300 1700-1900員餐免費供餐 薪資大概押在多少比較合理 因為這個是要用部門預算去銷 所以不得不精打細算一下 如果18K請的到人嗎? 因為工時比較短 應該不用到開到19047吧??? 我有上104大概找一下 可是幾乎都是面議 打電話去問，也都是說要到等現場主管核薪 在三月底就一定要進人 其實有點急 先說一下 公司是做金屬加工的 我這邊是庫儲單位 所以不會有機台操作問題 可能會有危安問題的大概就是 堆高機 跟碼頭有出貨的時候 希望能有同行前輩給點建議 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.120.61.112
