李晶晶搬走家電 王泉仁撤告

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕台塑集團創辦人王永慶長孫王泉仁和前妻李晶晶打離婚官司時，王指控李搬離台北市新光傑仕堡豪宅時，搬光他買的電視、冰箱、電玩遊戲及父親王文洋借他的古董大掛鐘等，控告李女竊盜；兩人上月十三日簽字離婚後，王泉仁撤告，台北地檢署昨不起訴李晶晶。

王泉仁和李晶晶九十九年初結婚，金童玉女形象羨煞不少人，當時王泉仁租下天母豪宅當兩人愛巢，後來二人感情生變，李晶晶帶著女兒搬離豪宅，兩人打起離婚訴訟。

期間，王泉仁控訴李晶晶打人，並另指控，前年五月他要結束租約時，赫然發現李女搬光屋內東西，委託律師控告竊盜。

不過兩人上月十三日在台北地院當庭簽字離婚，王泉仁立刻委託律師撤回竊盜罪告訴。檢方考量，王泉仁提告時，兩人仍是夫妻關係，法律上親屬間的竊盜罪屬告訴乃論，檢察官日前收到王泉仁的撤告訴狀後，昨處分不起訴。
