公投前裝燃料棒？台電：需原能會通過

外界質疑，核四裝填燃料棒試營運避開公投，以求「生米煮成熟飯」？台電高層說，縱使原委會同意台電可裝填燃料棒，但身為國營事業，仍需行政院與經濟部政策決定才行。

由於時值日本福島核災三周年，行政院長江宜樺昨晚宴請國民黨立委，有立委提到，日本核電國際排名是「後段班」，我國台電排名是「前段班」，而且核四廠有斷然處置措施，加上東電也承認311福島核災是人為疏忽，所以不能拿台電與東電互相比較；據轉述，江揆並未多說，僅強調政府將在6月底完成安檢，進行相關程序。
