【動新聞】法醫：死因他殺　法官切割犯意輕判

洪仲丘案輕判，引發社會譁然，洪案法醫石台平昨指出，他在驗屍的報告中認定是「Homicide」（他殺），是「非預謀、非仇恨的他殺」，全案關鍵在542旅旅長沈威志，因為他權力大，此案明顯輕判。不少法界人士認為，洪案是集體共犯造成的悲劇，但法官完美切割各被告的犯意連結，加上軍檢證據草率、桃檢無法取得證物，洪案才節節敗退。

負責襄驗洪仲丘遺體的石台平昨接受《蘋果》訪問時表示，洪仲丘的死因從頭到尾他都是說「Homicide」，可翻譯成他為、他殺，甚至是兇殺之意，鑑定報告書中所稱的「他為」，與死亡證明書的「他殺」，都是「Homicide」翻譯差異而已。他認為洪仲丘在非自願的情況下過度操練，導致悲劇發生，這是「非預謀、非仇恨的他殺」。 （林志青、吳詠平╱綜合報導）
