外交部否認提供記者採訪津貼

外交部本周舉辦「103年國際青年大使交流計畫」甄選報名記者會，昨天傳出委辦單位救國團發出的採訪通知上，提供出席記者交通津貼1000元。外交部今天表示，這是救國團承辦人員的疏失，外交部事前不知情，對引發爭議也感到很遺憾。

外交部研究設計會主任介文汲指出，救國團確實曾在內部工作會議上，討論如何提升記者參與率，承辦人員應在身體不舒服的情況下，才會發出錯誤的採訪通知，救國團事後也緊急更正。

介文汲說，外交部絕對不會發交通津貼給記者，這不是外交部的作風，日後也會追究救國團的責任，依照政府採購法審視合約，研議是否終止與救國團的合約。
