關於小腳男生買運動慢跑鞋的難度

因為小弟腳尺碼長度24.5~25cm，
正常穿6.5/38/24.5左右的鞋子，
平常都穿休閒鞋居多，
因為最近想訓練慢跑還有工作時大量的走動或小跑步，
開始發現腳越來越吃力了，
最近在看勾牌跟N牌的鞋，
沒想到大多男款尺碼幾乎都試7.5或8號起跳，
然而看了女款鞋，發現近期的鞋款男女樣式都分的很明顯，
跑了很多間鞋店都失落的離開，
看到喜歡的沒尺碼，
有尺碼的很少款式能挑，
想請教板上是否也有與小弟同樣問題的?
挑鞋都往哪些品牌系列或其他方向尋找,謝謝
