一支手機有25萬個專利, 其實各廠多多少少都會踩到別人的線, 只是對方要告不告或是有無專利互惠的問題而已

而蘋果願意跟htc和解基本上是因為反正htc佔有率低, 不會影響到Apple的市場
但三星不只是Android陣營最大硬體商, 更是全球最大手機廠, 外加又是Apple的主要元件供應商之一, 所以三星越強對Apple只會越不利

而三星如果簽下了Apple要求的不可抄襲條約, 未來很可能為了小心翼翼避開個個對手的專利, 錢也許不是問題, 但光防堵誤踩專利機制就不知道要花上多少時間了, 絕對會嚴重影響到未來手機推出的時辰, 損失只有更大而已

至於三星會不會抄到google的專利? 這問題可能比較會發生在未來的Tizen身上, 不過屆時很可能會變成是google跟Intel的戰爭了
