(聲明是代問非本人...真的) 女性友人親戚是私立學士畢業 社會新鮮人 無相關經歷 日前面試獲得這個offer 其他都還在等 職位:高雄 廠務工程師(四職等 初級工程師) 薪資:約33k(含伙食津貼 激勵獎金) 工作性質:被主管告知需常輪加班 甚至on call 由於是個完全新人 也不知該如何問起 人資來電告知時 也提到若有加班+當月績效而有獎金之類的 會提高薪水 請問: (1)查過板上月數都有14 但人資與主管都無提到 是否是視職位而定?
