【公庫】歷史上的今天：華光爭議未解 居民盼就地安置

本新聞由公民行動影音紀錄資料庫提供台北市政府欲將中正紀念堂後方的華光社區打造為金融特區，八十九年公告劃定華光社區為都更範圍，總統馬英九當年允諾居民將提出安置計畫，然而華光社區內的非正規住戶約五百戶人家，自2006年起陸續接到法務部的訴訟公文，居民被控侵占國有地，必須拆屋還地，更得還給政府數百萬不當得利。居民為此長期抗爭。歷史上的今天，2011年1月27日，居民又一次來到行政院陳情，希望政府能允諾就地安置。

法務部於去(2013)年八月下了強制執行的最後通牒，至今，華光社區的低矮房舍已近拆光，居民就此四散。然而，華光社區迫遷的爭議已解嗎？居民是否獲得妥善安置？公庫長期拍攝紀錄製成專題，與大家一同凝視華光社區的明與滅。
