[問題] 請問升級為Giga,佈線和交換器如何配置?

請教各位先進:
最近想購入NAS並升級Giga線路,
對於可能要再採購的設備和配置,
有以下問題,麻煩解答疑惑,
先行致謝。

目前環境:
透天厝-modem在3F
接有線的網路線,PC網路卡皆有支援到giga,
無線主要用於手機和平板,
目前1F和3F只有網路能用,
資料並無共通(不會設定 囧)

預計:
購入NAS當做資料中心(主要讀存影片或照片)
並升級Giga線路(目前無線IP分享器只到100M)

問題:
如圖所示
1.是否只要購入GIGA交換器置於3F換掉3F的網路線(1F的cat5線不打算更換)
就可發揮3F的PC和NAS的效能?

2.網路連接設定如果想在1F的PC也能連接到3F的NAS資料,
是否設定一個虛擬的網域?或是??(請給個方向讓小弟做進一步的查詢)

3.照我的配置在速度上是否還有更佳的配置方式?
