想請問若是這種停車場要怎樣拖吊(SUV)?

各位大大好,小弟最近剛換休旅車,現在有個很重要的問題想請教,
小弟目前住的大樓地下室停車場(自有)限高1.9 米,
螺旋式單車道(進出同一車道)目前的休旅車(KUGA)
進出都要很小心,小弟的車又在B4
想請問,要是真的哪天車子發不動,
又不是能夠現場維修的問題
(例如:變速箱,啟動馬達,汽油幫浦,DSG....等問題),

這種狹小又帶轉彎的/限高的地下室停車場
環境下有辦法把車弄出來嗎?

拜託有經驗或是相關行業的大大提供一下資訊,
google也找不到相關經驗分享
雖然現在還沒遇到,問社區也無人有此經驗
但小弟真的很擔心,都有點想另外租外面的平面車位了~ T_T
