國民黨籍立委蔡正元日前爆料，交通部長葉匡時的生日宴會上有位「美豔女歌手」，雖然證實是「小李那卡西」的李太太，但仍有民眾提供葉匡時與一名穿著性感女子的合照，但據消息指出，合照不是在生日宴會上，而是台灣觀光協會的尾牙，女子還是隔壁場的尾牙住持人，跑來「逗熱鬧」。

20日有民眾提供一張葉匡時與一名穿著桃紅色貼身短裙的長髮女子合照，據報導，這張合照並非蔡正元所爆料的生日宴，而是1月13日台灣觀光協會在國賓飯店舉辦的尾牙。

而照片中的女子還是隔壁尾牙的主持人家菲，今天她也現身表示，並不認識交通部長葉匡時，而是因為認識音樂老師才會到隔壁場打招呼。
