被騙兩百萬 又被凍結財產 法院被批幫兇

詐騙集團新的詐騙手法可能連法院都變成幫兇！國民黨立委江啟臣今天(17號)陪同一名高齡70的黃姓婦人召開記者會，指稱有詐騙集團用一張存證信函，就可以讓法院對黃婦發出借貸欠款4千萬的支付命令，黃婦不理會過了20天異議期，竟然就被凍結財產，黃姓婦人表示，真想走上絕路！(程平報導)

江啟臣說，陳情的黃姓婦人是在去年八月收到法院核發的「支付命令」，指稱黃婦因為投資借貸而欠款4千多萬元，只是黃婦前年曾因為收到以檢察官名義寄的偽造公文而被騙2百多萬元，也沒有借貸欠款，因此沒有理會，結果支付命令超過20天異議期依法確定，遭法院扣押財產。江啟臣痛批，法院根本就淪為詐騙集團幫兇。黃姓婦人也在現場泣訴，「很想走絕路！」

出席記者會的刑事局副局長楊源明表示，這個案例是新的犯罪手法，警方會配合法院、協助偵查，並將此案宣導防範案例。法務部檢察事務官方鈺婷則表示，民眾對法院公文有所疑慮都可以向各地方法院請求協助。
