黃昆輝提ECFA公投 法院駁回

台聯黨主席黃昆輝2010年不滿提ECFA(兩岸經濟合作架構協議)公投案，遭公投審議委員會和中央選舉委員會駁回，黃再向台北高等行政法院提行政訴訟。

台北高等行政法院審理後認為，ECFA的內容涉及逐步減少或消除貨品貿易關稅障礙，屬於《公投法》第2條4項中「租稅不得作為公民投票之提案事項」，即禁止公投的事項，中選會依公投審議委會員決議，駁回ECFA公投案有理，今天下午判決黃昆輝敗訴。黃還可上訴。
